Pepsi was getting killed, losing market share in its cola business not only to Coke, but to the trend away from sugary drinks. It wanted a radical new take on it’s product: to use bold design to infuse consumers with excitement.
We provided an in-depth exploratory study on how Pepsi could optimize user impact by breaking the shelf, and taking a giant-leap toward the cutting edge culture of “pop”.
